Bedrooms

Oak Bank has fourteen individually decorated en-suite Bedrooms in three different grades to suit your requirements:

Six Standard Rooms have a double bed and a shower room en-suite. One is on the first floor with the other five on the second floor.

Standard Rooms:

  • Room 6 - Standard Bedroom
  • Room 7 - Standard Bedroom
  • Room 8 - Standard Bedroom
  • Room 9 - Standard Bedroom
  • Room 12 - Standard Bedroom
 

Superior Rooms, of which there are five, are slightly larger and have king size beds in two rooms and super-king or twin beds in three rooms. In Room 11 we can fit a Z-Bed in to take a third person. They all have en-suite bathrooms with a shower over the bath and are all situated on the first floor.

Superior Rooms:

  • Room 1 - Superior Bedroom
  • Room 11 - Superior Bedroom
  • Room 6a - Superior Bedroom
  • Room 6a - Superior Bedroom
 

The three Superior Plus Rooms are all very different:

The Iris Room is on the first floor and has a king size four poster bed, en-suite bathroom with a shower over the bath and a balcony with reclined easy chairs facing south.

Room 15 is a large room on the first floor and has super-king or twin beds, a sofa that can convert into a small double bed and an en-suite bathroom with a shower over the double ended bath.

The Acorn Suite is a large room on the ground floor and has its own front door, super-king or twin beds, seating area, and a spa bathroom en-suite.  The bath does have a shower attachment but you are not able to stand under the shower.

  • Iris Room - Superior Plus Bedroom
  • Room 15 - Superior Plus Bedroom
  • Room 15's Bathroom
  • Acorn Suite - Superior Plus Bedroom
 

All Bedrooms have a flat screen Television with the available Freeview and Radio Channels for Cumbria, Hospitality Tray, Hairdryer, Shaver Socket and Bath House Toiletries.

In addition, Superior and Superior Plus Rooms have complimentary Still and Sparkling Lakeland Willow Spring Water.

Superior Plus Rooms also have a Cafetière with Farrer’s Ground Coffee and Bathrobes.
